Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Schedule: Our deliveries are available from Monday to Sunday.

  • Timeframe: Please note that we do not offer specific time deliveries to maintain fairness to all our customers. Deliveries will be completed within the specified time frame. Orders will be delivered only after payment has been made.

  • Orders without payment that exceed the given delivery date will be canceled.

  • Accuracy of Information: When placing an order, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and contact information of the recipient. Additionally, provide your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in case of any delivery issues. No refund will be issued if the flowers have been duly delivered to the specified delivery address.

  • Re-routing and Re-delivery: In the event that a delivery needs to be re-routed upon the request of the order recipient or yourself, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please note that delivery dates cannot be rescheduled once the order is processed and leaves our office due to the perishable nature of the products.
